The Apartments

Nestled among the hills of Lucca, in the village of Fiano, Agriturismo A Casa del Tosi is a place where time seems to slow down, where nature, tradition and Tuscan hospitality come together to offer an authentic and regenerating stay.

The estate, once part of an old Tuscan farm, still preserves traces of its past: from stables and barns transformed into welcoming apartments, to the spaces that once hosted farmers or silk-spinning activities. Today, these settings are reborn with new life, maintaining the charm of history while enriched with every modern comfort. Each apartment features private outdoor spaces equipped with gazebos, terraces or barbecues, to fully enjoy the conviviality and beauty of outdoor living.

Guests can choose from three independent apartments, each with its own unique soul:

Il Barbagianni, converted from a stable and barn, intimate and charming, perfect for couples seeking tranquility. Il Gallo, once home to the farmers of the estate, spacious and ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people, with bright rooms and two private bathrooms. La Filanda, which until the early 1900s hosted silk-spinning, today transformed into a cozy apartment with a panoramic terrace, suitable for couples and families of up to 4 people.
